ABOUT THE PROGRAM
BUILD YOUR BREAKING FOUNDATION.
Beginner Breaking Training is a non-competitive training class designed to introduce dancers to the foundations of breaking in a fun, supportive, and hardworking environment.
Dancers work on grooves, footwork, floorwork, freezes, tricks, transitions, musicality, conditioning, and foundational movement concepts. The class is designed to build strength, coordination, body awareness, creativity, confidence, and overall movement quality while helping dancers understand the culture and foundations behind breaking.
Whether you are trying breaking for the first time or looking to train consistently, this class provides a focused environment to develop real skills beyond choreography.
WHY THIS TRAINING MATTERS
Breaking develops strength, coordination, body control, musicality, creativity, and confidence in a way that challenges dancers both physically and mentally. The foundations learned in this class can improve overall movement quality and give dancers a stronger understanding of how their bodies move, balance, transition, and respond to music.
