FOUNDATIONS. CONFIDENCE. KNOWLEDGE. GROWTH.

ABOUT

Beginner/Intermediate Training is designed to help dancers get back to the basics, build strong foundations, and become more confident in how they move.

Each week brings something different. Dancers explore a variety of street styles while learning foundational steps, grooves, movement concepts, and the names and history behind what they are training.

The class also teaches dancers how to take those foundations and apply them to choreography, freestyle, musicality, and their own movement. Whether you are newer to dance or simply want to strengthen your basics, the focus is always on learning something new, improving, and becoming a stronger overall dancer.

THE

PROGRAM

LEARN. EXPLORE. GROW.
WHY THIS TRAINING MATTERS

Strong dancers are built on strong foundations. Beginner/Intermediate Training gives dancers dedicated time to understand the movement they are learning, not just memorize choreography.

Dancers learn foundational steps, grooves, terminology, musicality, history, and concepts from a variety of street styles, while also learning how to apply those skills to choreography and freestyle. The goal is to build knowledge, confidence, versatility, and a stronger overall understanding of dance.
